Clan Fellhammer
of the stonewarg
01
Clan Origins
Clan Fellhammer was brought to life by a warg called Sergid, who named the Clan that followed him after the Warhammer that dictated the course of his life.
02
Clan Culture & Values
Fellhammer believes that all problems of the world can be solved by the Hammer, both with its ability to create and its ability to destroy. It is in this way that they rule and run the Pits of Wargrun and adjudicate the fights that occur at the Crucible. In order to join Clan Fellhammer, like with their cousins of Clan Brightstone, a warg must create something both beautiful and deadly to impress their Jarl.
Bloodstones
Bloodstones are made with onyx with runes in shades of red or orange to mimic the light of the forge.
Death Rites
Fellhammer burn their dead in large pyres. Family members and sometimes close friends will forge small trinkets in their flames as keepsakes. The dishonorable would often be left for the scavengers.
Clan Colors
Dark Brown, Black, Bronze

Clan Politics
Clan Ulfang
Status: Neutral
Clan Fellhammer and Clan Ulfang share a neutral relationship based on mutual respect for each other's strengths and contributions to the greater community of Wargrun. Ulfang warriors acknowledge the significance of Fellhammer's craftsmanship and understand that the weapons and armor crafted by Fellhammer smiths contribute to the clan's strength on the battlefield. In return, Fellhammer appreciates Ulfang's role in protecting Jotunheim and upholding the order within Wargrun. This mutual recognition of each other's vital roles has prevented any significant tension between the two clans, allowing them to coexist with a degree of cooperation when necessary.

Clan Festivals & Events
Jarl Naming
Traditionally, Fellhammer elders would pass the founding hammer of the clan to the new Jarl at sunset as a way to symbolize the sun setting on the old Jarl and passing the clan off to new blood. However, since the hammer went missing, instead elders will pass a goblet full of wine between themselves and then to the Jarl with each offering words of wisdom before the Jarl is given the final drink at sunset. It is considered a bad omen if any wine is spilt. This superstition was born at Jarl Bjarni’s ceremony where a drunk elder dropped the goblet, which then had to be refilled before the Jarl could drink. Famously, he was the shortest-lived Jarl, not making it to the end of his first season under the title before he (drunkenly) fell into his own forge, succumbing to his injuries not long after.
Thane Naming
A feast is held in the new Thane’s honor in which the elders will present the Thane with a hammer forged under their expert hands. On rare occasions, the Jarl will forge this hammer instead. Despite its fine and often intricate craftsmanship, the hammer is intended to be used (as a tool, weapon or both!). A Thane without a well-used hammer is considered lazy.
